Naran-Kaghan Valley; Visit to Paradise in Pakistan
Naran is a town and the most well-known tourist destination in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province's upper Kaghan Valley. It is situated at an elevation of 2,409 metres and 119 kilometres (74 miles) away from Mansehra city (7,904 ft). Babusar Top is around 65 kilometres (40 miles) away from it. It is a top tourist destination both domestically and internationally. Around 1.5 million people visit Naran valley annually, making it Pakistan's most popular valley.
The Kaghan Valley, is an alpine valley. The valley extends across northern Pakistan for 155 kilometres (96 miles), rising from its lowest elevation of 650 metres (2,134 feet) to its highest point at the Babusar Pass at about 4,170 metres (13,690 ft). Although many routes leading into the valley were devastated by landslides caused by the devastating Kashmir earthquake in 2005, highways have since been largely repaired. The Kaghan is a very well-liked tourist destination.
Due to its favourable weather throughout the summer months, Naran Kaghan is a popular tourist attraction, and each year hundreds of visitors swarm to the valley to explore it. Additionally, it serves as the entrance to Summers' Gilgit Hunza via Babusar Pass. In the summer, hotels and eateries advertise their services in the bustling Naran Bazaar. The government anticipates 5 million visitors to the valley every year.
